Passive—Aggressive Behavior:

When asked to do a job, we don’t like to do –instead of doing our best or addressing the problem, we just do it half way. How can you eliminate this?

Unresolved ConflictFirst, this can be at church with staff or a church member. Second, it can be at home and because you have resolved conflict at home, we are not healthy at work—remember no one can handle our home conflict but us. If we have a conflict at work settle it; if we have a conflict at home settle it.

Gossip and Secret Alliances

Lack of Accountability: Not being accountable to those over us hurts and causes confusion for both of us. Communication has to line up with delegation or you will have devastation. 

Failure to Meet A Deadline

Refusing to be honest in meeting Personally or Cooperatively

Envy

Unhealthy competition

Insisting it is not your fault
