Many times, every year I ask God to give me a word and this year that word was Multiply. One of the reasons I’m so excited about this devotion is most people don’t realize we were born to multiply. Genesis 1:28 (NKJV) Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply;” …

One of God’s first blessings and commandments is to multiply. The second thing that excites me about multiplying is when we learn the truth about it and apply it, it brings joy!

Matthew 25:23 (NKJV) His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’

The third thing that really excites me about multiplying is that we can’t out give God!

Luke 6:38 (NKJV)Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

What we keep is all we have. What we give, God will multiply.
