Deuteronomy 33:23 (NKJV) “And of Naphtali he said: “O Naphtali, satisfied with favor, And full of the blessing of the LORD, possess the west and the south.” Naphtali’s favor brought satisfaction, blessings, and physical land/possessions. Moses did not just come up to Naphtali one day and say “Gods favor is upon you so let’s bless you with land and bring great satisfaction upon your life and family.” When they battled the Canaanites, the family of Naphtali brought a little help with them.
Numbers 1:42-43 (NKJV) “From the children of Naphtali, their genealogies by their families, by their fathers’ house, according to the number of names, from twenty years old and above, all who were able to go to war: those who were numbered of the tribe of Naphtali were fifty-three thousand four hundred.”\
Today’s Challenge:
Have you been serving in a way that when the time is right God’s favor will be upon your life? Did you know that the time for God’s favor might come later after you have been obedient? God’s hand had been on Naphtali and his family giving victory in war. Now God wanted Naphtali to have victory during times of peace!! (AMEN)
