Leadership is Influence. Everything rises and falls on leadership, everything.
We have the Opportunity and Responsibility to be Trail Blazers of this generation.
-
- To “Blaze a Trail” – someone who goes ahead and clears a path for others.
Our confidence can’t be based on knowing the answers.
-
- Our desire as leaders is to solve problems, make progress, and help people grow in their faith.
- No one knows “the” answers right now.
How to Blaze Trail
To know the answers, we need to know the problems.
To know the problems, we have to know the people.
- What is the problem with each age?
- Young wants a cause.
- Rioting and marching.
- Young Adults.
- What they want are fellowship and acceptance.
- What they need is direction and mentoring.
- They need mentoring in parenting, financing, and marriage relationships.
- Middle Adults.
- When a person reaches middle age in maturity they want a secure future.
- When you become middle-aged or mature you become concerned about your future and the future of your family.
- They need to be assured that their future home in Heaven is the only one that will last.
- They need to start living like they will live forever but, plan like this is their last year to live.
- They need to understand what it will take for them to live and what the government will offer them.
- They need to learn more about how to budget and save any other time in their life.
- They need to be taught the truth about how it’s not how much you make it’s how much you spend.
- They need to learn if you keep playing now you will pay later, or learn to pay now and you can play later.
- They need to be taught the difference between good debt and bad debt, which most are not.

- They need to develop a passion for giving back.
- Every Sr. has something to give back.
Problems of all ages.
-
- Concern about the virus.
- So many have gotten out of the habit of coming to church and need to get back into the habit.
- Culture is moving and moving for more and more people to leave and not go to church.
- The new culture is to have Religion but not a relationship with Jesus.
- It’s our goal to teach with passion the difference.
Our God-given creative ability. (Genesis 1:1, NKJV; Genesis 1:22-23, NKJV; Genesis 1:26, NKJV; Genesis 1:27-28, NKJV)
-
- Because we are created in God’s image, we have a God-given creative ability.
- We have a God-given desire to
