2 Samuel 4:4, NKJV Mephibosheth was King Saul’s grandson who had been dropped at a young age while fleeing for his life. He developed a disability and became crippled. Mephibosheth was brought to Lo Debar. Lo Debar was an out of the way place where there was no pasture, nothing grows and no communication.
Mephibosheth’s dreams were shattered. He was fearful and hurting. He went from a palace to being paralyzed and almost to a prison of hiding.
God had bigger plans. He sent David, a man after God’s own heart, to find and bless Mephibosheth.
2 Samuel 9:1-8, NKJV
Do you feel as though you are in a Lo Debar?
It’s never too late for God to restore you and use you!
Just as David restored everything Mephibosheth lost, God wants to restore your life and more.
Joel 2:25, NKJV “So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locusts have eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you.”
The Challenge
- Allow God to restore you.
