One of Jesus’ main ways of evangelizing, sharing, and multiplying the Good News was through hospitality or fellowship.
Luke 7:34, TEV “The Son of Man came, and He ate and drank, and you said, ‘Look at this man! He is a glutton and wine drinker, a friend of tax collectors and other outcasts!’”
Hospitality, a friendly reception and treatment of strangers, is manifested when one offers to identify with outsiders and make them feel like insiders. We show hospitality when we welcome and fellowship with believers and non-believers out of truth and love for Jesus Christ.
If you really care about someone’s eternity, show them by serving them in reality.,Kingdom Principle: when you bless those who persecute you, it will bring Heaven to earth. Jesus wants you to have an attitude of serving with hospitality.
Matthew 6:10, NKJV“ Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”
Today’s Challenge: Jesus’ goal was to connect the sinner to the Savior. When was the last time you helped connect the sinner to the Savior? What are some ways you can serve by being hospitable to the lost around you? If you multiply your sharing, it will multiply salvation.
