Galatians 6:7, NKJV “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
What we sow we will reap.
The Christian life is really all about sowing and reaping. The problem with most of us is that we want to reap what we have not sown. Sow the seed + wait a time = Harvest.
Don’t sow what you have received; learn to sow what you want to receive.
Luke 6:37, NKJV “Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.”
Romans 8:1, NKJV “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.”
Stop Sowing Judgement
Sow God’s Word in the problem. Stop condemning and start forgiving. Self-examination is the best explanation of what the real problem is. (Luke 6:41, NKJV) Wrong distractions cause self-destruction.
Release control to God for you and your mate. What you don’t allow God to control will get out of control. Be your spouse’s CEO – Chief Encouraging Officer.
God gives us the freedom to sow what we want, but we are not free of the consequences of what we have sown.
