Culture of Excellence
• We want to develop a positive culture of being excited about how we can do better.
• Many times, without even knowing –we come across as criticism, instead of congratulating and celebrating.
• Anything new and improved creates momentum good or bad—We just need to get ahead of it where it will be a good momentum.
• Developing a culture of excellence is birth out of a Divine Dissatisfaction /Discontentment with where you are.
Future Thinking
• To grow in the future, we have to have Future Thinking.
• The illiterate of the future won’t be those who can’t read or write, the illiterate of the future will be those who can’t learn, unlearn, and relearn.
• We must have a PLAN, but without the PURPOSE which ignites the PASSION the PLAN will not be successful.
• We want staff and leaders to know that it’s not what we want from them, but what we want for them. “Serving People are the most Satisfied People.”
Hope is the confident expectation of a positive future in spite of your present circumstances.
No matter how harsh your critics, how lonely your setting or situation, how difficult your followers or workers, or how serious your mistakes or sins, God will advance His Kingdom and Accomplish His Purpose.
